One of the most groundbreaking saxophonists of his generation, Miguel Zenón represents a select group of musicians who have masterfully balanced innovation and tradition. The MacArthur Fellow and Grammy nominee perfectly blends Latin American folkloric music and jazz to create an entirely new musical language for the 21st century. The Puerto Rican–born alto saxophonist makes comes to Carnegie Hall with a unique multimedia tribute to his spirited homeland.
